Hiring Holiday Buggies equipment is quick and easy !

Download the Booking Form document by clicking the link below. The booking form will open in a new browser window. Complete the form, print and send to us at Holiday Buggies, 351 Teignmouth Road, Torquay, TQ1 4RS. If you would like to pay by credit card or PayPal please let us know and we will email you an invoice together with payment instructions. You do not need a Paypal account in order to pay by credit card.  If you would like to pay by cheque simply make your cheque payable to Holiday Buggies and send with your booking form. We will send you confirmation of your booking by return.

By email

Either attach the completed Booking Form to an email or copy the Booking Form into an email and send to us at bookings@holidaybuggies.com. Please send your payment to us within 14 days. Upon receipt we will email your confirmation to you.

By phone

If you prefer, please call us with your order. However, please bear in mind that we are often out of the office - particularly at weekends. Please follow your order with payment within 14 days and we will send you confirmation by return.

Please ensure that you have read our Terms and Conditions before making your booking and that you send the correct payment.

How will my order be delivered ?

Hotels, guest-houses, holiday parks, caravan sites

Your order will be delivered directly to your accommodation in time for your arrival. We assume, unless you have told us otherwise, that your check-in time will be no earlier than 4pm on the day of arrival. If you intend to arrive earlier, please let us know. In the highly unlikely event that your order has not arrived by the time you check-in, please call us immediately. We recommend that you call us on our mobile number as we are often out of office on deliveries.

Privately rented holiday homes, cottages, flats etc

Please let us know an approximate arrival time and we will deliver your order directly to you (assuming that you arrive between the hours of 9am and 9pm). If your arrival falls outside of these times we will deliver your order to you as soon as we can inside of our normal office hours.

How will my order be collected ?

Hotels, guest-houses, holiday parks, caravan sites

In general, when checking-out, our customers leave their equipment at the reception of their accommodation. We assume, unless you have told us otherwise, that your check-out time will be no later than 10.30am. However, we appreciate that not everyone wishes to return home immediately! If you wish to use your equipment after 10.30am on the day of departure we can arrange to pick your items up directly from you during the day. The latest we can collect your equipment from you in this way is 6pm. Please let us know in advance of your departure day whether you would prefer us to collect your order directly from you during the day. If we do not hear from you we will expect that your items will have been left at your accommodation reception.

Privately rented holiday homes, cottages, flats etc

We will need to pick up your items directly from you at your holiday home before you check-out. Please indicate on the booking form what time you will require us to collect your order. Alternatively you may use your equipment during the day as above and contact us when you wish us to collect.
